Car Safety Government has made such a plan regarding seal belt in vehicles

Modi Government Draft M and N orders include all those vehicles, which have at least 4 bus and which are used for both passenger and freight work. This will include everything from introductory to high end vehicles.

Government Draft On Car Safety After the death of former Tata Group president Cyrus Mistry in a road accident, the matter of auto safety has been in the news a lot and there has been a demand that the government should take some further way related to auto safety. should be raised. Now in this occasion, the Central Government has prepared a draft, in which it has been said to make Seat Belt Alarm obligatory. This will make vehicles and lifts more secure. Audio and videotape warnings will be available for not wearing seat belts. This draft has been prepared by the Ministry of Transport. The ministry has sought suggestions and expostulations on this by October 5.

What does the draft say?

Seat belt alarm will be obligatory in M and N order vehicles.

Over speed alarm will also be obligatory.

– Homemade over lift for central cinch.

Child cinch won't be allowed in M1 order vehicles.

Belt will be obligatory for all frontal facing seats.

– Alarm will sound at three situations.

videotape warning will be given when the machine of the auto is started.

Audio- videotape warning will be available if the vehicle is running without a belt.

– Indeed if someone opens the belt during the trip, the alarm will continue to sound.

– Rear alarm will be obligatory i.e. during reversing the alarm will sound.

What is M, N category?

The M and N orders include all those vehicles, which have at least 4 bus and are used for both passenger and freight purposes. This will include everything from introductory to high end vehicles. All these orders of vehicles have frontal facing seats.

Difficult to avoid the alarm of not wearing a seat belt!

In the draft, special arrangements have also been made to stop the jugaad( device that can be used to stop the alarm) used to avoid the alarm of the seat belt. It'll be obligatory for the seat belt to be stretched by at least 10 mm, this will help numerous types of warning products in the cinch.
