A commission has been formed by the Gujarat government to issue instruments to the families of those who failed from nimbus. After examining colorful issues by this commission, the case will be certified as to whether the death is due to nimbus or not, for nimbus backing the instrument must have the cause of death in nimbus and the instrument will be issued only after verification as to whether nimbus is due or not.
