 If you are also planning to buy a home then this is a good opportunity for you.  In addition to many such banks, housing finance companies are currently cutting home loan rates.


Bank of Baroda, State Bank of India, Yes Bank, Punjab National Bank (PNB), Bank of Baroda (BOB), Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank and LIC Housing Finance are offering the cheapest home loans.


 Banks have reduced home loan rates due to rising demand for homes and festive times.  So let's find out which bank is giving home loan at what interest rate.


 


 HDFC Bank

 HDFC has announced a reduction in home loan prices to watch the festive season.  Under which the customer will be able to take a home loan at an initial interest rate of 6.70 tara per annum.  These interest rates are applicable from September 20, 2021.  This special scheme will be available till 31st October 2021.


 LIC Housing Finance

 LIC Housing Finance has slashed interest rates on home loans ranging from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 2 crore to 6.66 per cent.  This loan will be applicable only on home loan from 22nd September to 30th November.


 Yes Bank

 Yes Bank is offering home loans at just 6.7 per cent interest during the festive season.


 


 Kotak Mahindra Bank

 Kotak Mahindra Bank has reduced interest rates on home loans by 15bps, or 0.15 per cent, from 6.65 per cent to 6.50 per cent.  These new rates are effective September 10, 2021 and will expire on November 8, 2021.


 SBI

 SBI has since launched its initiative to offer credit score linked home loans at a rate of just 6.70 per cent.  The loan amount can be as much as you want.  He had to repay a loan of more than Rs 75 lakh at 7.15 per cent.  With the launch of Festive Offers, the borrower can now take a home loan at a minimum rate of 6.70 per cent.


 

 Bank of Baroda:

 BOB has slashed interest rates on its home loans from 6.75 per cent to 6.50 per cent.  The bank said customers can avail these new rates till December 31, 2021.  These new rates will be available to every home loan applicant.


 Canara Bank:

 Canara Bank, the largest public sector bank, announced a 0.15 per cent cut in MCLR.  The bank has slashed its one-year MCLR rate by 0.10 per cent to 7.25 per cent.  Canara Bank's new rates have come into effect from October 7.  The bank has slashed the one-day and one-month MCLR by 0.15 per cent to 6.55 per cent.
