Subject: - It is a matter of making changes in the planning structure of the unit test. Sahebshree, Jayabharat co-stated on the above subject that unit test is conducted every month in the primary schools of the state.
Submissions have been received from different districts to change the structure of the unit test in this regard. Please take note of our following representations. (1) There was a test of mathematics in the month of July, a test of science subject is to be taken in the month of August and also a test of mathematics is to be taken in the month of September.
Both subjects of Std-6 to 8 are taken by the same teacher. After checking the mistakes made by the students in the unit test, according to the study results, a total of 100 students in Std. 6 to 8 have to undergo remedial work and there are many difficulties in re-testing etc.
The unit test should be taken in every standard as most of the teacher's time is spent in checking the test. (2) As the actual teaching work has started as per 90%, the teachers have to give a lot of time to run four units of the subject like mathematics and science.
